Based on the parameters of the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Pay for Performance Demonstration grant, 10 measures of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS), the most widely used set of performance measures, were selected for review in the primary care physician population.
